Cancellation & Refund Policy for Zyles

At Zyles, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.


Pre-Delivery Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 2 days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us at hariharaksk25@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once approved, a full refund will be issued.


Post-Delivery Returns & Refunds

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you may request a return within 7–10 working days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused and unwashed

    • In original packaging

    • With all tags, labels, and invoices intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or damaged:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

  • Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or applicable taxes (GST) may be deducted, where applicable.


Replacement / Exchange

  • If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or exchange, subject to availability.

  • You must notify us within 7–10 working days of delivery at hariharaksk25@gmail.com

  • Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 7–10 working days after approval.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider

  2. Allow additional processing time

  3. If the issue persists, contact us at hariharaksk25@gmail.com with your order and refund details


Legal Compliance (India)

In accordance with Indian e-commerce and consumer protection laws, Zyles will provide refunds for goods that are defective, deficient, spurious, not as advertised, or delivered late.
